The milling process is extremely crucial, as it determines the outcome of the final rice grain; it is so important that we treat every single rice grain as a standalone product, thus ensuring that the quality control process takes into consideration that each and every rice grain will come out as per the required standards set by us. So, from the farm all the way to the dinner table, we ensure that the rice that our customers receive adhere to the highest of standards. An additional important factor of the milling process is that we went to great lengths to make sure that from the time that the rice enters the mill to the stage where it is finally packed, the rice grains are not physically touched or handled in any way whatsoever – the whole process is fully automated. And, although this factor alone was extremely costly and at some point, very difficult to achieve, yet we were committed to implement it in order to retain the unique flavor and quality of the grain. The final packed rice is then loaded and shipped using the most advanced techniques, ensuring a safe and hygienic journey to the point of destination, where it is stored in depots of the highest quality standards, with adequate ventilation.
